The consultation
Every new client begins with a fifteen minute phone consultation. The $40 fee holds the time and pays for the call itself; it is credited to your service when you book on the call, and it is not refunded if you decide not to book. The consultation is a phone call only — there is nothing to come to the salon for until your appointment is scheduled on that call.
Appointments
Service appointments are scheduled on your consultation call and priced there, since length, density, and condition change the work involved. Need to move your call? Use the link in your confirmation, and give as much notice as you can so the slot can go to someone else.
Boutique orders
Boutique oils are decanted by hand at the salon and offered for pickup at the front desk or shipped. If anything about your order is not right, call 217-254-3266 and she will make it right. See shipping & returns for the details.
